Once you’ve been in touch, we conduct a site visit, surveying the roof externally, followed by an internal inspection where necessary.

We’ll then produce a technical report with key observations and recommendations focused on how to fix the problem.

The report is usually accompanied by a formal, free quotation for services and materials needed to carry out the work.

This way, the response is tailored to your specific needs, and you get chance to review the observations and proposed course of action, in your own time.

Guarantees

We’ll be honest with you about when it is and isn’t possible to guarantee work. This will be based on the type of issue and the agreed plan to fix it.
